2014 wrangler in limp mode after gear install.

So i had some 5.13 installed in my 2014 jku, It had 3.73 in it to begin with. My problem is after the install the guy went to test drive it and it went into limp mide where it stays in 3rd gear and you cannot manual shift it either. Well i brought him my tunner and we changed the ratios and made sure the tire size was right. When i did that it no longer threw an engine light but still goes to limp mode. So i took the tune completly off and returned vehicle to stock and tried tuning again but to no luck. Well i took all tunes off and scaned the codes with my scan tool. Its throwing a p0731 and p0732 codes. My tuner is an intune and I just updated it a month or two ago.

please post the info file, the gear adjustment should work fine.
