Stock Tune

I have a 2007 300C SRT8 I bought from a private seller. He put the 93 CAI tune on the car, which is pretty awesome by the way. But now I want to get a CMR tune (talking with Johan) and don't have the original tune for the car. What are my options for this? The private seller has since sold his tuner and therefore doesn't have the original tune.

start with a new i2 and it will prompt you to load a stock file before it lets you tune anything.

So basically the 93 CAI tune will be the "stock tune"? i think Johan asked for the original tune to modify.

I'm assuming I actually need to go to the dealer and have them reflash the PCM?

No, if you start with a new tool it will prompt you to load a stock file using the device, no need for the dealer.

Ok just to be clear, So the I2 already has a stock tune on it. Because what I'm saying is that currently the 93 CAI tune is installed on the vehicle. I do not have the factory tune at all for the car. So the I2 will put my car back to stock when I plug it in?

no, it will see the car is tuned, and ask you to connect to a pc and download an update, which will be a stock file from our server, to the tool, then load that to the car.
