dcx intune screen frozen in loading mode

since i updated my diablosport dcx intune, the screen is stuck on loading mode (the screen is frozen and there is no motion). Tried resetting button, plugged it on computer and in my truck and it does the same thing. How do IO fix this problem, i had this chip for a couple months and it always worked great before the update. check image below.
