My average lift in bank 1 is -0.45210% and my afr ratio stayed at 14.75 so that is right on the money for a 65mph cruise log.?
i used the DSlogRedux and it says : no wot tksr is logged but it needs to be loged, whats tksr?
Need help with peramaters for 2k7 sierra 5.3 afm non-flex
TKSR = Total Knock Spark Retard
yeah, if your average ltft's are at -0.45, then you're golden there... now do another log with a good WOT run in there and let's take a look at that...

"i used the dslogredux by the way which is awsome" Nice!! cool, thanks for the good words man!!
if your normal cruise/driving average ltft's are still at -0.45, that's right on the line of the algorithm we used for calculations... going down another -1% to make it a total of -1.45 will not be a problem. if you want to, you can - if the average is still -0.45, you can leave it. but if the average ltft for normal driving/cruise is 0.07813, then yeah, go down -1%.
as for the WOT AFR... have you adjusted the PE at all yet?
if not, and the average ltft's ARE dialed in to the 0 to -2 range, then we can lean out the PE (WOT) fueling... I would adjust both PE (WOT) rpm ranges to -5%.
what are your current settings at?

ok, if your average ltft's are at -3 with the slope adjusted to -1%, then I would adjust your slope back to 0 (zero)
also, after ANY slope adjustments, you need to drive for 40-50 miles to let the adjustment settle in and get relearned by the ECM before doing another data log/real time data run....

RE: Re: RE: One more thing...
I'm having the same problem. I had to get a new cable when my old PC went down. Now my PC is Vista and an laptop is XP and I cant get the cable to work with either one. When I try to use any of the DS programs it wont detect them they just say scanning and the data viewer never even detects a hand held is connected. The computers detect the cable, I would have to plug it up again to tel you what its saying cause I'm getting old and can't remember. So now what??? Anyone have any ideals?

Try some where other than Radio Crap. There are Vista compatible cables out there, just read the package or ask the geek behind the counter.

you want around 12.6-12.8 at WOT for AFR.WFOsierra wrote:my fuel trim went from a 0.07 to a -0.04 when i adjusted the fuel trim down 1%. Now my trim settin on the predator ison -3. the afr reading at wide open throttle drops from 14.5 down to about 11.5 to 11.9 avarage.
you are a bit rich at 11.5....it will pick it up a bit if you lean it out my friend.
