Stuck on Please Wait screen

I had to untune my car to take it in and have a coil pack replaced. I just updated my i2 with the new update and now when I try and tune the car it has been stuck on the "Please Wait" with the flashing dots for over 10mins.
Help needed.

Have done the updater twice from 2 different computers. Still having the same result. stuck on the wait screen, no matter what option I chooe, Tune Vehicle or Scan tool, stays stuck on Please Wait screen

please post a copy of the backup file from the tunes folder.

There are no backup files or any files in the tune folder.

if you plug it in the car, will it boot properly?

yes it boots and goes to the disclaimer screen. I can go into the settings etc, but if i try and tune or scan tool it locks on the wait screen

OK, power it up in the car and go to settings/advanced/tech suport/advanced/registry reset, and type out the key and post it here or email it to me and leave it on that screen until I reply.
