I2 now only goes to spinning red wheel since update

Originally the tool worked well but after downloading the update it no longer does anything except go to a spinning red wheel anytime you attempt to do anything with it. It does load up and get to the tune vehicle/scan tool/tech support menu but any attempts to scan vehicle or tune it just ends with a spinning red wheel. I thought maybe it was working on something so let this go until vehicle stated low battery it's no change in the tool screen. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I checked again for updates but it says none available now.

please post the info.xml file from the i2 drive.

it stated on the device that it has been updated and asked me to reboot here is the new info file again.

Well I suppose I spoke too soon it is currently only doing this when I click tune vehicle.

Upon advice of telephone tech support josh. I have just finished updating the tool again but alas that has not corrected the issue still sittin at the please wait screen.

Please email me your name/address/phone number and a copy of the receipt if possible and I will issue a shipping label to send it here to be swapped out, unless you have a local retailer that can handle it.
