Where is the standard speedo

Where is the standard speedo
I have looked everywhere, where is the mph speedo, not candian! I tried updating the T1000, no help there, can anyone give me an answer before I throw this thing out the window. Is it due to the F150, 5.0, or something else.

OK, relax 
Logging/create a new log/select an existing layout, pick the one you want, go to the speed Gauge and click on it and select change display units, select MPH, then click the red X to save the layout, rename it, and done.

Well I tried what you said, I did find the mph speedo and deleted everything else, saved it to a new file, but, the gage is so little I can't see it, can I get it bigger? There is no mph speedo in the list, there is a Kmph but you can't change its units of measure, but you can get it in a bigger layout. Any help would be nice, thanks ahead!
