External PIDs for AFR Intune I2

Post by brand93 »

Hi, I recently purchased the new i2 and I wanted to data log my AFR with my AEM Wideband. I purchased a digikey cord online and hooked the thick black wire to ground and red to the white cord. I set up my new parameter on the tuner. Yet when I plug it into my computer the dataviewer does not read any external PIDs. Any help or suggestions please. My brothers intune 1000 shows the External PIDs, and works in his car to view AFR, but with mine it just does not have any options.

do you have it set to channel 2?
Do you see voltage on either channel?

Thanks

I'm having the same issue but only when the i2 is used to live stream to the PC with Dataviewer.

All External PIDs are recorded when the i2 used to log without the PC.

I have tried both channel 1 and 2, and still nothing. The tuner itself is not showing any analog PIDs to add to the list, and the datalogger still not showing the AFR PID under external. I will have to check tomorrow if the wire is producing any voltage, I have tried connecting the white wire which is the 0v-5v wire on the AEM UEGO wideband for analog setup to the red wire and the black wire to test on the 2.5mm stereo wire from digikey. Not quite sure what else to do.
