Camaro SS gear tune wont work!HELP

Hello guys i have two bugs with my HARD TUNE on my 2013 camaro SS

1: the problem of replacing the gear even when in manual mode ? because I cant make donouts with the car as well as it goes up the gears , and original do not change alone, with my i-1000 no too , only with a t-1000 my car change the gear whem comes the rev evem in manual mode!!!

2: the problem is i cant make the shift point at sport mode, the changes on D works i can set, but in sport trow mode doest work, i try to make change the shifts on 5000 but dont work, i try to at 6200 dont work.....

but whem is at normal mode works great, this problem i have on i-1000 and t-1000

Hope u guys can help me with this!
