International Shipping // PCM + Tuner

Hello,

I've been trying to get my hands on a PCM and a tuner for my 6.4L Charger '15..

Sadly, the dealers over here in my country (UAE, Dubai) are either unaware of the product?! or charging almost double the official prices announced here!!

I ended up making a purchase directly from Diablosport website, but now I have no idea what would be my next step?

I tried contacting the email support for few days before going ahead and making the order regarding the shipment and I never got an answer.

The only almost instant reply I got was after making the purchase, stated my Order Number and Costs.

Now that I've made the purchase, how do I get updated on the progress of my purchase, and how/where do I get my shipping quote from?

My purchase was done on Nov 3rd..

I was hoping that my item gets shipped before the weekend knocks on my door..

unfortunitly most of our guys are at SEMA this week (very large trade show in las vegs) they will be back in mon. so they should be able to help you out.

If you ordered through our website, the order is filled through Shopatron.
Any and all questions/issues relating to these orders must be directed to Shopatron at 805-547-8368.

I don't think that applies for the PCMs. DiabloSport has to write the stock programming and VIN on it before shipping, so they have to deal with that directly.
