So I just bought a used intune and its Vin locked. Called customer and he was surprised and has sold the vehicle. Now we are negotiating the difference. What is the cost to unlock it in CDN $$$?

Its $159US. Convert it to get the CDN$. Its probably a bit over $200. Don't know the exact rate but its normally between .66-.75 CAD per USD
