Trinity locked up

Long story short, its almost not worth typing all this out to me, but heres goes. I was changing the tire size in the stock tune on my trinity on a 2000 6.0 2500 Silverado. The thing froze, like it always does, so I unplugged it, like I always do and always work, well I plugged itback inot my 0bd2 port and it wont activate at all. One of the shift light turns on in yellow, but that's it. Ive called diablo and the phone rang and rang, even during operating hours.

So how do I get this thing to turn back on and more importantly ho do I get the stock tune back on my truck? its set for the wrong tire size, and yes the stock tune was saved on the trinity.
