2014 GMC 5.3 Programs

Getting ready for long trip. have there been any update for this vehicle in the last couple of months. Especially to correct two yYEAR OLD REPORTED PROBLEMS. Please respond and the settings used.
2019 Ram Laramie Longhorn 1500 5.7 392 rear ends, new style.
8-Speed
All available options
Unlocked pcm and I3 Diablo Tune
Magnaflow catback system
K&N cold air intake.

if you are referring to the shifting issue, post your current PCM backup and last tune written for me.
