Car not running!! i2 DCX Charger 2014

Post by KnucklesMD »

It's a saturday so there is no phone support and I've been waiting all day for an email from technical support which I have not yet received and I cannot wait any longer on this. Just received my i2 for DCX today in the mail. First problem, I could not update due to a missing info file at the start of the update. I decided just to try an easy tune out of the box. I installed the tune, device said you can now unplug and enjoy your vehicle.... but i can't. Vehicle starts up like normal however when I engage into drive i have ZERO throttle. The car only idles. This is real issue as I currently do not have a working vehicle. Suggestions and help please!!

Appears not much activity here either. Thankfully I was able to restore my factory tune setting and my car runs again however now any attempt to install a tune now on my car my device get's stuck on the "Please Wait" screen and never actually writes the tune. It's been like that for over an hour now. Kind of giving me a headache. I suppose I'll leave it as is until monday and hopefully I'll get some resolution on the matter.

this issue is specific to using the easy tune menu to disable the speed limiter, use advanced to disable it or load the tune with no changes (its already raised to 170 in the tunes).
