trinity USB driver

hi !
I live in FRANCE and I'am planning to get a trinity tuner for my '05 ram hemi rumble bee
I have already downloaded the DS downloader software, the dataviewer software just to try if they run ok with my comp
they do run ok but the usb driver is not working good
I get an error message that says there is a language problem

what can i do ??
my comp is running with windows 7 x64 with french language

you need to run Windows in English....

so, go to the control panel and go to the language settings, and set it to English...

it works with other than english versions as well....
after installing and receiving the error-message just go to your control panel and hardware-manager, then click on the"unknown device" which should be the trinity, then update the driver manually and point to the location of the installed driver on your harddisc, now your trinity should be installed properly

just got my T1000 .... followed your instructions and it worked pretty good...
so no need to run windows7 in english language
everything is OK !
