I got my new i2010 in the mail today and immediately ran the update on my PC. I then hooked it up to my 2013 Dodge Charger SRT8 and it said it needed an update, so I ran the update utility again on the PC and it updated. Hooked it back to the Charger and it did a calibration flash and then did another flash to restore the stock PCM. I decided I wanted to flash a canned tune and it won't work now and instead displays "Please Wait". Same thing happens if I do scan codes.
I have the car in "Run" and if I click the "Tune Vehicle" or "Scan Tool" it just gives me the "Please Wait" screen that doesn't go away. I tried hooking my battery to a charger which didn't make any difference. The SRT battery gauge read 14v at one point, so I don't think it's the battery.
The PC update doesn't show any updates available, so that isn't the issue.
Please let me know what I need to do. I've attached my info.xml.

Update: I spoke to the Diabotech phone support and they walked me through a regsitry reset which corrected the "Please Wait" issue.
Re: Hosed again: Stuck at "Please Wait" on new i2010
The device was working fine (as far as flashing tunes) through several tunes, but I had to restore to stock for a dealer warranty repair. Got my car back and tried to reflash my custom tune and get the dreaded "Please wait" just like I did initially. Do all intune i2's have problems like this or did I get a bad unit. It only appears to have issues after unmarrying/restoring the stock tune.
It looks like I will have to call them again for a 2nd registry reset, which sucks because they are not open except when I would normally be at work. Another issue I ran into was with data logging where any time you tried to add or remove a parameter, it would wipe them all out. I called support who could not provide a solution other than say it shouldn't do that. I am hoping there is something they can do to fix this flaky tuner when I call this third time.

Just tried to call during my lunch break to be told you were closed for training until 1pm CST.
EDIT: Left work early around 3:30 (CST), so I could call during business hours. Tech had me email the current info.xml file and said he would have an engineer look and call me back or email me a fix. Didn't hear back yesterday, so I will call again at lunch if I haven't heard back by then.

Didn't hear back, so I just called during my lunch and the tech did a registry reset which resolved the main issue (for now). I am sure that next time I restore to stock, I will have to go through this process again.
I don't know if it's an issue with the unit, my model of car or a combination of the two. Regardless, it shouldn't be this much of a hassle to get it working.

I have the same problem. I just received an i2 in the mail today. I installed the easy 93 octane tune on my 2013 Durango Citadel 5.7 and drove a few miles. I was really pleased at how smooth and refined the engine felt after the tune. The exhaust note (Magnaflow catback) was more civilized at idle and modest acceleration than before, yet still angry under heavier throttle. I like that a lot. When I got home, I tweaked the tire diameter and the unit failed that update. It went into recovery mode and I reinstalled the stock tune. Now I can't get into the Tune or Scan menus. I'm bummed because it's the weekend and Diablo support isn't open.
