SOLVED: Unable to Register new I2 - "Invalid Serial Number"

To add yet another issue to my new i2, I am not able to register it on the Diablosport website (https://www.diablosport.com/register.html). I first tried entering the SN on the box and kept getting a message that it was invalid. Tried to verify the SN in the i2 itself, but there isn't an option I can find to display the SN. However, I did find it in the info.xml which is the same one I tried to manually enter. Tried copy/paste from info.xml to make sure I didn't have any typos with same result.

Another post mentioned the same error with their unit (https://forum.diablosport.com/viewtopic ... er#p296510)

I bought this unit directly from HemiFever new and he's a well known tuner that a lot of people use, so I'm sure this is an authentic unit. Any ideas why I can't register the SN?

I sent in an email support request through the online form. Got a response back within 30 minutes (not bad) and was told to try again. I was able to successfully register this time, so I guess they added my SN to the db.
