2007 Dodge Charger R/T WONT START!!!

Can someone please help me!!! I have a 07 Dodge Charger Dayton R/T and I brought my i2 tuner from speed unlimited out in Maryland. I read the instructions on how to instal it. I opened it, updated it to the latest software and it told me download complete, it downloaded on the i2 and it was ready for me to tune. I unplugged it from my laptop and walked to the car to instal. I sat it the car turned the ignition to the on position and hooked the i2 up. The welcoming screen came on asking do I accept the license agreement I accepted and I clicked tune car, it was loading and said tuning, the lights on the dash flickered and another message popped up saying "tuning failed , please update tool or tap continue to reboot, I taped continue, then another message popped up saying "this vehicle is currently not supported, an update may be required, please plug i2 into pc to download any updates. I unhooked it and wend to update it again, the update screen said no new updates so I went back to the car to try to tune it again, and the same thing happen. So I said forget it I'll try again another day. Went to turn the key to start it and nothing happens it does not turn over. Can anyone HELP ME PLEASE, it's Friday and Diablo isn't open on weekends, seems like Ima have to wait again to talk to someone Monday. I spoke with them yesterday and they didn't know what was wrong they told me to un hook the battery which to me doesn't make any sense seeing to how to brain box I feel is corrupted with my tune. I don't know, just a stressful situation someone help me!!

Too late..had to get her towed to the dealer and have them flash my brain box. Thanks though.

Hi mikel I purchased yesterday I have two issues
When I select easy tune it shows 93-91octen only what about 87 ?
I turned off mds everything fine except eco light still showing to me ?

there is no 87 tune for the high performance 5.7 models, that would be detuning
