It is more personal preference. Up it until you feel happy with the performance.

RE: shifts!
I've been wondering the same thing for my 2002 GT. Is there a certain point that the shift pressure is too much for the durability and reliability of an every day car? I want a nice firm shift but don't want to be slamming gears and breaking stuff.

Chris:
Well put. I don't want gears to slip and burn up the tranny, but at the same time I don't want to be slamming gears and breaking stuff. Does anyone have a happy medium? What shift points/pressures have others tuned on their rides that provides a safe medium for every day drivability?
Thanks everyone!
