i2 empty?

Just received my i2, hooked it up to the pc (win8.1), checked for updates, it says there are no updates available at this time.
Went to the car (2013 Durango Hemi) and it says vehicle not supported. Updater still says nothing available.
When looking at the folders on the i2, there are 5 .dbg files in the run time folder, the tunes folder is empty. 99.1MB out of 99.8MB free.
What do I have to do?

Edit: Just checked the i2 under devices and it tells me, driver for CDC serial not installed...

Not really in the market for boots so back to topic, the Rango is up an running with the 93 tune on and it's already an improvement over the standard setting, especially the shifts have gotten much better. Much bigger improvement than on my Camaro SS LS3 with the I1000 (which wasn't bad either).

seems like I am having the same issue. can someone send me an update or let me know what to do. I have run the updates but it's showing that the driver is not installed. please let me know.
