Data Logging, PIDs, and tuning

Since loading a custom C & L street tune with my U7140 on my 2006 Mustang GT I have really enjoyed the increase HP and cannot wait to see my 1/4 mile times.
I have been trying to log live data and have run into a number of challenges. The directions leave a lot to be desired, but I was able to log live data and now viewing it seems to be the problem. I receive an error message "More than 36 PIDs not supported" when I try and open my log file. Why?
I have two concerns. First, I am trying to check some of my parameters such as air/fuel ratio after installing C & L street CAI and custom C & L Predator tune to make sure the car has an optimum tune. My other concern is that I am using my tuner properly. The data logging directions are not very clear and I don't want to damage the car's electronics.
Any suggestions/comments you have would be much appreciated.

It would appear that you have selected too many PIDs to be viewed at once. Try selecting only the parameters you wish to see when logging.
