So the Intune goes into recovery mode and cannot load the back up files....
Even worse, when I try to check the software of the Intune the drive is blank now?!
I have a MAC, so auto updating is not an option.

I have a 2006 Jeep Commander . I had to get a new transmission from Chrysler and wanted to make sure my custom tune was loaded. It was able to update the PCM just fine, but had an error when loading the TCM.
So the Intune goes into recovery mode and cannot load the back up files....
Even worse, when I try to check the software of the Intune the drive is blank now?!
