I would just use the CAI tune.

Without knowing the actual A/F there is no way to tell if it is lean or not.
You may need to consider a wideband.

Adding my $0.02. I know in the cold winter air, we've had to add as much as 6.5% fuel in certain areas of the rpm band to the 93CAI tune on some SRT-8's to get the a/f ratio back down to the 6.1L's sweet spot. They technically don't run lean (above 13.0) without the additional fuel but with the headers and high flow cats they're definately out of their sweet spot. This additional fuel probably only applies in cold, 50 degree or below, air. On a 80 degree day I'd be surprised to see any fuel needed.

so what exactly are the sweet spots for AFR on a 5.7 charger RT ?
i know a tuner who said that in hot weather (temps of 45-50 C) switch back to stock tune rather than canned tunes...is this true ?

Guess I did an opps!!:>) Anway 12.5 to 12.8 seems to be very happy. I would do a custom tune for summer. Make sure no knock retard happening.

Actually the Hemis seem to like the low 12:1 range.

12:1-12.5:1 is ideal across the board.
