the tool is not requesting a cal update, are you clicking the yes/check mark option when it asks you to check for an update?

Updated it when I got it. Tried loading tune. When that didn't work I plugged back into the computer looking for updates but there were no one.

Mike- not sure what happened but today it worked like a charm. Tried loading 2 tunes and both
seem fine. Thanks for your help. Terry
