DeltaChip?

I just bought a 98 mustang GT with Nitrous,Headers,Off road H-pipe,Mac dumps,Upper plenum,Gears,pulley,Port and polished heads, cold air intake and a short shifter.....My new car also came with a DiabloSport delta chip in it, There is no LED light that i can see and the way that the chip is installed is so the switch goes left to right. I do not know if he has all the upgrades burned into the chip or even if it matters...I guess my question is can i redo the chip so that all of those upgrades are on it? How do i know if i am in stock mode or programed mode? What all can i do with this chip? Any help would be awesome!

On the switch, there is a reference notch at the base.
Toward the notch is the tune 2 position.
The middle is tune 1.
Away from the notch is the stock tune.
