Unresponsive Tuner

I just got the trinity, and I plugged it into my computer to do all the updating on it. I was able to get it to turn on and let me select the vehicle. As soon as I got to that point though it went black and just shows one red light. Is there an easy fix or do I need to return it?

I too have an unresponsive tuner. 03 dodge neon srt-4 when i plug it in to usb port, all leds light up then go out and 1 red led stays on. I read about a hack to make it respond, but now i cant find it. it is a sequence of left, right, up, down then press center button. i just cant remember the sequence, can anybody help,
moderators or diablosport tech dude help please

well I feel like a dumb s*^$ found what I was looking for. after searching then posting here I searched again and opened my eyes and I found it.
