09 Silverado - data logging no equivalence ratio
I wouldn't, TCM support is coming (and sooner than later!!) and no one else has it yet either so who would you get instead?! You can either wait or drop the extra cash on a Trinity that has it but we are all waiting inpatiently for TCM support.

and you don't want your ltft's to be at 0 if you have cool/cold weather where you are right now... you want them to be a little positive, so that when the normal warm/hot summer weather is in your area, THATS when you want your average ltft's to be about -1.xxx to -2.xxxx....
so if you're at 0 now and it's 30* out, you're going to be running very very rich when it warms up, because your fuel trims will go down as the intake air temps go up...
you need to take into account the intake air temp when making your adjustments... dslogredux doesn't....
I was playing around with the intune and still cant figure out how to make it log air fuel.

It should be under the parent PID "FUEL" for your GM

It's the equivalency ratio. And like ill_born_SS said, it's in the fuel section of the PID selection.

2010 Silverado 4.8 confused with slope adjustment
Lew,
dslogredux is recommending +2%, now i understand its cold weather and you don't want it set between -2 and 0 yet but you said this program doesn't take that into account. If so why is it asking me to go up when the average is -0.5 and 0.3

RE: 2010 Silverado 4.8 confused with slope adjustment
because, the way the logic is in that app, you're averages are soooo close to right at 0 now, they're within the range threshold that it doesn't know to adjust or not, so it tells you to go up, so then on the next log your ltft's will be out of range, and then it can suggest an adjustment to make...
but that being said, if it's 50* or less when you did that log, then yeah, go +2 anyway, cuz you should be a little leaner than you are right now... and then just leave it for now... recheck them when it gets warmer out...

RE: 2010 Silverado 4.8 confused with slope adjustment
Lew,
Just want to double check, I made the +2 adjustment and put around 60 miles on it since, ran another log and its suggesting a -4% adjustment @46F Airtemp. Should i leave it or change it? I'm also seeing an average tksr 0.118 deg with a max of 4.219 deg. I'm running mobil 87 is this normal due to the temp or does something need to be changed?

leave it...
don't need to do anything about the kr either... was steady driving, was probably when lugging the engine, or taking off from a stop, false knock... and if you look at the log, it was probably only for hundreths or thousands of a second... no worries man...

Hi there, I have the same problem. Where can I find Air Fuel Ratio? I think that's not on my log file.

as was mentioned above... it's the Equivalence Ratio parameter that you want....
where it is located in which submenu, I have no idea... but I know its in there somewhere.. gotta search around for it...

Re: 09 Silverado - data logging no equivalence ratio
i know this thread is 4 years old but i had the same question and no one answered it "directly" for me. to get AFR gauge, you must create a new log with lambda parameter, then in gauge properties, change units displayed to AFR. i stumbled across this thread because although now that i can see it, when i log it, only commanded AFR/lambda shows in logs, never equivalence ratio.
