I2 crashed my GC SRT8, No start

Post by Pegrat »

Hi, maybe someone has a quick answer for my problem.
Got the New I2, updated via the internet, plugged it in, backup of the software.
Worked all nicely so far.
Then applied the 93 octan tune, it did something, then the i2 started to reboot.
Tried to disconnect the battery, started the thing new but it keeps saying that my car is not supported and so on.
Now, the car does not start anymore with lots of lights on on the dashboard.
When I try to plug the i2 onto my notebook it says, that there is no power source of the OBDC detected.
Any help? Otherwise I have to call AAA to get towed to the dealer.
Thank you
Peter

Hi !
Unfortunately its too late already.
The car got towed to the dealer yesterday evenning. They asume that the Motor Managment box is done.
I might go to Geiger Cars in Munich germany next week as they are also selling your products asking for help with the programmer.
For me it looks like that the i2 is software wise somehow stuck in the "I want to programm loop".
Is there a way to restore it to the factory defaults?
Depending if the guys at geiger Cars can get it to work or not, i will send it back to you.
Regards
Peter
