boost fooler

I have a delta chip installed in my 2002 F-350 PS. The truck puts out much more power before it is fully warmed out that it does hot. It seems as though it is running out of air or fuel. I also have a street and performance air intake along with a Bank's exhaust.

Is it possible that since I run more than 24 lbs of boost then a "boost fooler" will help? The check engine light has always come one when I am pushing it.

Not too familiar with boost foolers on the fords, but sounds like it would work.
