Import tune decode error: -1

Getting this error:
Import tune decode error: -1

when trying to upload a tune. Also, the device froze when trying to read a DTC.

Ran through the updater twice but didn't see to do anything.

Any ideas??

Also, I don't now if this is related but the touchscreen stops working when it is plugged into the truck for more than 5 min. seem to get very warm to the touch.

where did the custom tune come from?

I have a few different custom tunes and was trying to load an older one.

Also, tried to adjust parameters and it froze just after "determining vehicle info"

Froze after trying to determine vehicle info to scan for DTC as well.

Will I need to send it in for repair?

no go. called diablosport office today and after trying several things I was instructed to send it in for repair. It's coming your way soon.
