in tune 2 not working

hi just purchased a dx 2000 to replace adx 1000 took it out of the box up dated and went to tune my 2012 ram 5.7 the tool saved original tune i choose the 87 oct. advanced tune the tool wrote the tune and i adjusted the paremeters and the tool failed to install the tune massage failed to to install and went into (recovery )and advice to re install original back up i did and re tried to install a different tune this time a massage (tool on recovery mode n and failed to write the tune i am back to original tune very disappointed i hope you can help thanks Ray

you can't FAX a file man.. you have to post up the actual file from the tool so it can be checked and possibly updated if needed...

you have to copy the file from the intune to your computer.. then post a reply here and attach the file from your computer into your post reply.
