Intune not recognized by any computer
Intune not recognized by any computer
Just picked up a used Intune, but its licence is not married to any vehicle. When I connect the Intune to any of my PCs, they don't recognize it. Nothing shows up in my file manager or disk manager. While this is an obvious issue, the intune won't recognize my 2013 Sonic. It says it's an unknown PCM. If I can't connect it to any PC, then it won't be able to update and is useless. Please help!
Re: Intune not recognized by any computer
I have this exact problem... No drives show up. The Diable SOFTWARE sees it.. but won't talk to it.. and no INtune drive... (Running Win10, btw)

Re: Intune not recognized by any computer
do you see it in the device manager on the PC?
If you get no drives at all, the tool will likely need to come back here.

Re: Intune not recognized by any computer
I am having the same issue with windows 10. Device turns on when connected to computer but nothing else happens.
UPDATE:
I used a different USB cable I had from an external hard drive and plugged it into a different port of the computer and now its showing up just fine
