fuel management

Post by passoutpat3 »

hey, I found a few gauge layouts that had total fuel volume and fuel tank capacity for monitering, was not sure how to set the range of these, let me point out i know how to do it just not how the gauge reads... if i set the capacity will it drop as i use fuel and does the total fuel volume measure the amount of fuel i burn or what... if i understood what it is exactly what they moniter then id be able to set a range on them.... thanks

allow me to point out that i also have the fuel level sensor gauge as well but just as my sending unit is jacked, the gauge also reacts the same for my trinity. but the other two gauges do not react like that so i tried setting them to the capacity of my tank and now im wondering if i need to reset the capacity every time i fill, or if it reading something totally different from what i think. by the way im talking about the total fuel capacity gauge right now lol... and so also the fuel volume is still got me a little lost right now, reading in the 600s range and flunctuating...
