2007 Jeep Commander 5.7 Limited Vehicle Not Supported

Just purchased a new i2 for my 2007 Jeep Commander Limited. When I received it, I updated the programmer on my pc and plugged it into the Jeep and when I try to tune it I get an error message saying vehicle not supported. Hopefully this can be fixed, the vehicle is listed on your list of compatible vehicles. I have called tech support and they have given me an update file but evidently it is not doing what it is supposed to do. I have attached my info file and the update given to me.

Still have not had any luck getting this to connect to my Commander. Has anyone else used this on a Commander successfully?

I've had this product a week now and it still does not work and I have not had a response since Friday from customer service. What kind of time line can I expect here. I realize sometimes there are problems, I would just like to stay updated as to when it may be fixed.

sorry for the delay, this is fixed now, run the updater and iit will download the file you need then load it to the vehicle, then you can load the tunes.

I got a chance to try it last night. Once it updated I could load the tune to the Jeep, thank you for getting it working! I was curious to see if cooling fan options and transmission shift firmness options could be added?
