15 Challenger RT missing parameters and errors (pics)

Post by chaosflux »

The first thing I did was update the the product online through the computer. Then I successfully tuned to 93 octane fuel with the speed limiter removed, which I am happy with. Diablo unlocked my PCM.

However, when it came to adjusting the tune and modifying parameters most of the options seem to be missing. I cannot do stuff like turn off MDS.

Under the modify parameters the only options I have are: Tire Size, Traction Control, Transmission. When I try to turn off traction control, I get error message "Failed to update Traction Control". In the Transmission menu there is only axle ratio, Reset TCM adaptation, and Shift firmness. When I try to adjust any of these, I get error message: "Failure initializing or Reading Parameter! Please make sure the Key is in the Run Position and the vehicle is Not running."

That's all I seen whether I go to modify tune or pick the 93 octane tune again and go through the process again.

I have the 2015, I got the base 93 octane fuel tune to work by placing the Challenger in the run position by double pressing the ignition button with my foot off the brake so the engine wouldn't start.

What should I do?

I found a convoluted workaround to this issue, modify tune in tune vehicle menu and attempt to change traction control. It won't change, but after the error message I get redirected to the menu with all of the options.
