Duramax 'please wait' issue

Post by chaffee »

Hi all,

I have a inTune i2030 that has worked great on three different GM vehicles I own. Recently, I have been using it on my 2002 GMC 2500 Duramax. Yesterday I went to install the tow tune, however after selecting 'tune vehicle' the tuner remains on the "Please Wait" screen indefinitely. If I unplug it and use it on my Tahoe or gas 1500 it works fine.

Ideas?
