Did the new version get released? Has the ABS Light issue been corrected?

No haven't heard of there being a fix. I'm just driving around with a VERY ANNOYING light in my face!!! Wouldn't mind any kind of reply on a fix or even acknowledge my posts.... How do I even make it go away until there is a fix?

Coming up on a month since a fix was supposed to be out. When are you expecting the fix/update? PLEASE HELP! Need service and recall work done and don't want a ABS light to be questioned.

Did this issue ever get fixed? Don't want the abs light if I try to change my tire size again.

Is this problem resolved? I want to track this and other issues so that I do not get a problem and help becomes slow.

It is kind of scary.

Thanks

Really sad we are getting no reply. It cost me $160 last time to get the abs light removed and I don't want to pay that again just to go back to how I was to start with. Riding around with the wrong MPH is such a pain. I have to use my radar detector to know my speed. Such a pain in the ass when you purchased a product that doesn't do what it's supposed to, and cant get help or even a answer of any kind.

this should have been corrected some time ago, and I have not seen any reports of it being an issue in over a year now.

Problem Resolution:

Mike (DS), what is the resolution? Provide the fix so that the Customer can at least make an attempt to fix it! This is why people are becoming worried about what can be accomplished via the Trinity T-1000 and then post support! For example what about stating what release of the firmware was the fix resolved?

If I change my tire size will it have an adverse affect on my car, or the Trinity? You guys need to be more proactive in post sales support, your response will not help your customer or others who need to resolve the problem.

If you have a Known Problem, that the Root Cause has been identified tell the customer, if you don't tell the Customer with an estimated time it will be resolved, all Customers will wonder what is up with post sales support. I would recommend a thread outlining Known Problems for each device with a status date, at least your customers will have a place to go too and check on progress!

I was a senior manager of a Government support team, feed back to problem resolution is critical to the success of any organization, its not hard to establish the feedback especially via this forum. Glad to help out if needed.

Thank you for what can be outstanding product(s), that we all appreciate and need.

I hope not, they are suppose to be a professional company that are supported by Holly. If they cannot track problems then they are missing the boat completely. But I feel that it needed to be said and they need to comply! If not we will have to question the purchase of the products. If they do not support it not much of a reason to keep it especially since they cannot get the new models of, for example 2015-2016 Challengers, running at a high performance and especially the Up-shifting of the 8 Speed automatics.

I have to believe that they do care about what they do! I know that I would.

Thanks for the reply but as a Forum we need to ensure that they maintain a professional approach to supporting there products. I wont stop here at this forum in ensuring that as a company they maintain it professionally, there are other contacts and at a minimum owners who must have an interest in how the support is achieved.
