2011 Dodge Charger R/T Road & Track

Received my i2010 tuner today, immediately updated and Installed a 91 Octane Tune and it seemed have better acceleration response and shift points changed. I also have a CAI and exhaust opened up with Magnaflow mufflers only, header coming next :D . Do I need a custom tune for best effect or is the 91 Octane Tune sufficient ?
