Why isn't anyone answering my questions!
I need help putting a custom tune in the I2. There are long wait times on the phone. It is hard getting support with you people.

Just wait until there's something legitimately wrong and they dismiss it as "you" are the one with the problem. I just came here too see if there's any updates to my questions and surprise surprise, I'm getting ignored. It's not just you.

I had to call and wait 45 min on hold. It was a computer issue. I guess the mac systems don't like to play ball. So, I used my windows laptop and it transferred like a charm. They could have just told me that here.

I have never successfully talked to anyone on the phone. When I wanted to buy this I had questions, so I started emailing. I got answers pretty regularly that way, but I have NOT recommended this product solely because of customer service. I haven't spoken ill of the company, I just don't tell people I've used the product. Still have a post with unanswered questions.

The quick guide states "drag it to the i2 drive". Leave it in the root folder. Then go and install it.

if loading tunes on a mac you need to eject the drive once the tune is copied to the drive.

Wrong. I did that. I had to switch to windows based laptop and it worked. On another note, Why does it not let me disable mds?
