Cannot load tunes or adjust parameters 2008 dodge 2500 5.7

I have updated the i2 with newest update. I have tried several times to adjust parameters such as tire size shift points, ect. I keep getting two differ error messages either failure to read parameters or custom tune failed to write. I've been through recovery mode and tried over and over. Unit will sometimes freeze up. What do I do?

I am running into the same issues. I've been going back and forth with Michael about it. Still no resolve. Going to contact him tomorrow to see if he has a update yet.
