Help, this looks like a common problem Computer wont see I2!

Ok, I have tried to install the drivers every which way possible and my computer still wont show it!! I see the drivers but when you plug the I2 in theres nothing!
Windows 7 computer! I also have a COBB tuner for my Subaru installed with no issues what so ever!! Please Help me, I just want to get his thing updated! I have seen several of the same issues in the forums with no resolve!!

do you see the i2 listed in the device manager?
Is it there 2x?
if so delete both, reboot the tool and the drive should appear.

No there is no I2 in the device manager! The computer never even sees the I2 when you plug it in!

I have the same problem, how did you get the Drive to( r)e install?

I had the same problem. After plugging in the USB to your computer, make sure you wait for the device to boot, then hit "Yes" on the warning screen when it asks if you agree to the terms. It will then show up on your computer.
