Taurus SHO shifting problem

Installed the 91 octane tune on my SHO and I love it, except for one thing : at WOT, the transmission sometimes has a hard time shifting from 1st to 2nd gear.

This guy describes it pretty well :

It's as if the traction control is activated and it keeps the RPM over 6000 for a little while before shifting.

The tunes folder is empty

I returned the car back to stock because it's at the dealer right now for maintenance. Could this be the reason?

However, the info.xml file says I have the revision 1r02g for Ford.

Yes, once you reload the tunes please post the tune files.
