Lost license.....Help Please

Post by Learo2000GT »

Hello---

I was part of the original Beta testing group and my tuner came with the 5 licences. I went to update the tuner today after a long time and all of my licenses are gone. It does say there is one tuned vehicle but that is not possible because I unmarried that vehicle a few months ago and married that vehicle to a Trinidy. Not sure what I need to do to get my license back. I am not showing any tunes in my tune folder. Thanks Doug

Here is my xml file.

I sure like the functions of the IT2. Bing bang and Mike the Man fixes the dealio over the air in 20 seconds. I remember when I had one of the first predators being at Wooodburn Drag Strip on a Friday night with my Lighting and I went to make an adjustment and didn't have my seatbelt buckled and small voltage corrupted the tune and I was struck in o\Oregon Untill Monday Morning waitng for you guys to get back from the beach (kdding......). The growing pains of tuning but you guys have kept the industry moving forward and for that I solute you. It will be interesting to see where the next 10 years takes us... I just hope its in a good direction for the end user....

As always Mike thanks for the help.... PS what was the problem out of curiosity? Was it because I did not update the tuner in so long? Also, I am looking at giving my tuner to my father Mike. If he runs into problems does he have to use my diablo user ID to get assistance or can he just call the 1800 number..... thanks

Take Care Doug
