Can not marry trinity

Here is a quick run down

Last June I bought a trinity for my Charger SRT. when I tried to tune it it said I already have a tune on it and failed to load a tune. I was posting on the charger forum with MikeL about it he said I could call and you could force a marry to the car. Well I never called because the car got sold when it was wrecked. I purchased a 08 300 SRT a few days ago and tried to tune it but it says the tuner is married. How can it be married if I never loaded a tune on my Charger. I purchased it brand new from HHP racing. How do I get this thing to load a tune to my car?
