Help Trinity not working stuck in a Loop

Bought trinity and installed all updates. Went to install 93 octane tune on my 2013 charger RT. Tune went all the way through and after cycling the key it said Tune write Failed Failsafe enabled. IT cycled the power on the Trinity and goes to restore the original backup, it doesn't even attempt to write the backup just cycles the key and says backup failed then just turns off and turns on and tries again. I have tried this multiple times and it just continues to try to write the backup. So as of now my Charger is dead in the water

Update...

Original restore finnaly went back in. Now tuner cannot communicate wih pcm. Car will start and run. Just cant use tuner

Now back to trying to restore backup. Car wont start or run.

I can eventually get it back to having the original tune on it. But it wont say it has restored the tune officially or allow me to try to possibly put the update on it again. because it claims the original backup isnt redtored. So as of now i have an expensive paperweight and a car that cant be tuned.

what happened between when you restored it to saying it was failing again....did you try to tune it again after it kept failing to restore?

My signal keeps droping from calling you guys. Ill make a mass update from my multiple phone conversations

1st call Reset trinity updated to newest version ending with a J
Hooked up and cal id not supported

2nd call Told to hook up to computer and auto updated cal id database. No update initiated after i could get to a computer with internet

3rd call Checked version and type, tried to make it update. Wpuld not update. Found out that for 2013 charger it only show 2005-2010. Told to change car type to challenger. Showed 2011-2015 dodge gas. Was able to write car. Tune failed tries to restore backup wont restore stuck in loop again. Car says push clutch and brake to start, being a charger its only an auto. Wont start wont run.

4th call signal isues disconnected. Have to work so cant call anymore.

Got the same exact issue car has been sitting almost 3 weeks .... Diablosport did replace the LCD on the Tuner as it was defective, so now car is still no working and I cannot ever get anyones help to get it back to normal. Please help

this thread is 10 years old....but lets get you sorted out.
What exactly happened?
Do you have a case number or a tech you were working with?
Are they aware that the car is not running?
