New inTune 1000 trying to update and get an error

I'm trying to update a new inTune (never been used/married/etc.).

I run intune.exe, it says I need an update, it updates, reboots, etc. Now I get an error telling me contact tech support.

"An error occured. Info: Pleast contact [email protected] using Calibration ID: 68171354AC. Status Error Please contact tech support for help." Then "unplug your inTune and try again".

So - what's the deal? I didn't watch the whole time, but I'm not sure it did much but download 1 or 2 updates, applied, and rebooted.

go to settings/advanced/clear all updates and it will get rid of that, but its up to date otherwise.
