Unable to restore vehicle (2013 RAM 5.7)

Hi all,

I had serious problems with my intune and now I am unable to restore vehicle and unmarry the inTune from my RAM.

Let me explain:
1. Update application didn't start on win 7 64bit.
2. after unconnecting the inTune and an complete shutdown and reboot of my computer I was able to update the inTune.
3. when connecting the inTune to my car, I realized that I was able to change my tire size. I was thinking everything is OK.
4. a few days later I tried to restore the vehicle but got an error: no backups found.
5. my inTune is already locked to my RAM, I can change tire size. I didn't try to load another tune to the vehicle.

The original tune of my RAM is gone. I cannot restore vehicle to factory setting. I cannot unlock the inTune from my RAM.

What can I do?
