2014 Ram 1500 3.6L

Post by jackd »

I am not new to Diablosport, but I am new to the use of Diablosport with a Ram 1500. I have owned GM vehicles in the past.

I have installed the 87 octane tune and adjusted the tire size. The truck runs great. With my GM vehicles, I adjusted fuel trims and WOT power enrichment. I do not see the same options available for the RAM. Will someone point me in the right direction or post some tips on getting the most of the Intune with my Ram? Thanks.

Also, is there any dyno information on the increase for the 3.6L? I have looked, but didn't find it.

there is no trim adjustment like that on the SD based Rams, just the WOT stuff really as far as fueling goes.

Any dyno information on the 3.6L?

I guess I need to run a WOT log and check? I haven't seen much information. Do most just install the tune and forget it?

You can post your tunes from the tunes folder and a log or two. I'll take a look at it. See how it's doing.

To answer your question. Yes, they're designed to be set it and forget it.

Thanks for the information on tuning. I'm assuming no dyno information?

What are some of the things I should look at on the Ram? I figured I would view it live on my laptop, then send it to you for a look. Thanks.

sohfast94, I have attached the log file. I am not sure if it has all the needed parameters. Thanks

Now I just need the tunes out of the tunes folder.

I guess I need to run the data log again as well. I have removed the K&N. It was obnoxiously loud. I have never had a K&N as loud as it was on this V6.
