where's the U7145?
it's kinda hard to believe that it's been THREE whole weeks since i have called diablosport for the 2nd time about the progress on this tuner for my 07 v6 mustang and it seems like a run a round to me. i've had the thing for over a month and when i talked to the person from diablosport, she in particularly said that it would be out within the next 2 weeks. well, here i am. still sitting with a product that doesn't work. it mystifies me that i get a product that's claimed to work for 07 v6 mustang, but i get it, and it doesn't work..hmmm. seems like false advertising. when ppl make promises, oh by the way the first time a guy told me it would be out the 2nd week of february, they should follow up on their end and come through. not make empty promises. if I made empty promises where i work, they'd fire me on the spot because 1, they're losing money and 2, i'd make the company look really unrepresentable and distrustful. i need a reply from one of the actual ppl working on the tuner. the "michael angelo" if u will, because they deserve the credit for working hard on all these tuners, not some sales rep or support person because they're job is to only keep the ppl calm and get them to hear what they want them to hear. the "tunists" as i call them, know when they'll be finished with a product or at least a pretty good ball park guess and maybe they can shed some light on why a tuner such as mine couldn't come with the ability to work just as well as some other 07 v6 mustangs.
RE: where
Whitehorse, I have been in the same boat as you with my U7145 since November! Diablo does not care if you are happy they already have your money! They are releasing new products and getting more money but are not supporting the ones they have already sold. We need to band together and flood their email and telephones until they get off their lazy butts and fix this problem. I have been watching the posts for months and there are many of us out there in the same boat! The only other choice we have is a Class Action Law Suit that I will be persuing this week. I have an appointment with an attorney later this week. They claim it take so much time to do this but, lets look at the facts. Time between last two updates on U7145 was 3 months. I was told they were workin on the new revision in November. Time from Nov to now 5+ months and no revision yet. They cannot claim they have been working on it this long and be truthful. History has proven that they can create a revision in 3 months. They got that one out so quick so that they could sell it as supporting 2008 models. I guess we will have to wait until the 09's come out so updating the revision is in their best interest instead of the customers. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!
RE: where
Whitehorse, I just spoke to Mike W who is one of the owners. It was a very good conversation and I was told that he understood the problem and thought that it should have been fixed by now. He has promised me that it is now a priority and there is a stang on the dyno right now working the revision. Hopefully he is a man of his word and we will see a revision very very soon.

RE: where
Guys, the revision is complete, however, there have been a few that have experienced an issue with shifting at WOT on the V6 tunes on the last revision that I want to fix before release. You may have seen the posts on here. Sorry for taking so long but we want our stuff to be number 1 when it comes down to it and no problems on your end. Should be ready very shortly...

RE: where
no kidding jtc! i would be grateful for even an Update so that i can at least try the thing and get rid of my cal_id bc i still don't understand how a person can buy a 07 v6 tuner and it'll work on theirs and when i buy mine it doesn't work at all for the same car! also if u think about it, ppl that have problems with car shifting more than likely have automatics as my manual couldn't shift out of gear even if it wanted to: ya know?
RE: where
I am in the same boat as you, however I can understand where they want to fix a minor problem in the same revision as long as it doesn't take long. I am wondering if maybe since we both have manuals if they could go ahead and email us what they have since the shifting problem wont affect us anyway. Is that maybe an option Diablo folks?
