Issues with 2015 Jeep SRT PCM Tune

I just received a new PCM from you guys and when I hook up my DCX is says an update is required and to plug in to a PC.

After I hook it up to my computer and run the auto updater I get the following error message:

An Error occurred. Please contact [email protected] using Calibration ID: 05036071AD Status: Error

I dont htink an I-1000-DCX is going to work here, you likely need an i2010.

Post the info.xml file form the tool please.
